Dancers are retards. I mean really.

They do the weirdest things.

First of all, they pretend they’re walls and try to blend in.
Or maybe he really thinks he’s Spiderman trying to scale the walls.

Then they think they’re little bunny wabbits.

Or monkeys

Or dogs

Really.

And because they hang out so often together, they start to dress alike.

And possibly become conjoined twins joined at the hip too.

On top of that, they’re all freaks.

They twist turn and contort in all forms. But that’s not all bad now is it?
Especially when it’s GIRL ON GIRL action. Oh the mish-mash of bodies against one another. One arm here, another leg there. Hair all over the place. Sweaty bodies intertwined as screams pierce the air. A leg in some awkward angle. Arm reaching over someone else’s body.
But it gets better. It’s not just two girls. It’s FOUR!

No, no sex. You’d wish that late at night when all is still and you’re indulging in endorphine inducing chocolate, sex might come in along the way.
I mean picture this, room, chocolate, bed. Duh, sex!

It’s 3.30 am in the morning and everyone’s asleep. Except me of course. Am up still writing my 2000 word-ish essay.
Im almost done! HOORAH! In fact, I actually exceeded the 2000 word limit already. OMG. Will I ever stop?
It’s at times like this I wish that I didnt have so much to say. So lo soh for what? Let’s just get it over and done with already.
I have to finish it tonight.

Im supposed to be studying for the exams by the way. But I STILL have this last paper to finish. No fair!
Well, at least I only have three final papers. Once this is done, 3 modules down. 3 more to go.

Maybe I’ll indulge myself in a little bit of Secret Diary of a Call Girl just to keep myself awake.

The Last Week of School

It’s the last week of school before the exam break comes about. AND I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT.
This week I mean.

Other than the fact that I have a million and one bloody things to do, the lessons can be A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME.
BLEARGH! I’d rather spend my time at home, studying and tying up loose ends than going to class and getting absolutely nothing out of it.

I am miffed because have a paper due tomorrow at 2.45pm which I spent a total of 4 effing days finishing even though I told myself to finish it yesterday! I took so long because… because… Well, I didnt know how to get started on it at first because there were no specific guidelines to it. But then I decided I’d just do what I felt right. And I guess I took an awfully long time to get started on it proper because I wanted to make it count. But we’ll just see what happens.

One paper down. Only 2 tests, 1 assignment and one more review paper to write.

Because the pool wasnt very big, but wasnt THAT small either, everyone just kept running around in circles around the pool chasing and shooting each other. Hahaha!

HAHA! The poor girl got soaked to the bone! But we’re not sorry. HAHAHA! =x

Before dinner was served my camera died! Booohooo! Didnt get to take pictures of the yummy food Fen cooked AND the yummy chocolates Julius made for all of us! Alcoholic chocolates shaped into little volcanoes! Crisp on the outside, oozing liquidy chocolate on the inside! Very much like a real volcano! Be jealous people!

Im still very lazy to blog. DAPees have had our graduation ceremony at Fen’s place and we’re officially graduated! YAY! Cert and all.

Graduated

After two nights of nerves (I swear on the second night the nerves hit me big time), DAPees 06/07 HAVE FINALLY GRADUATED!

And guess what? We dont have a picture of us all together! Booooo! We did take some pictures on stage in Acro costume, Ah Fen’s costume and finale costume. Wonder if we’ll get to see them.

Much much love to all who came and cheered loudly. The show wouldnt have been possible without support from yall.

It feels weird to come home when the sun is still shining and be able to sit at home and watch the TUBE. Like, I know about Brothers and Sisters and CSI and Criminal Minds. More importantly, I KNOW THE STORY! HAHAHAHA. I KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON MAN!

It’s only been two days and we’re still thinking of each other and the crazy stuff we used to do – our horrible (eating) habits, jokes we shared and WHEN WE 10 ARE NEXT GOING TO SEE EACH OTHER AGAIN! I made momentos for each and everyone. Firstly to say thanks for all the wonderful memories, and to all the choreographers/directors for their kind directorship and guidance.

It’s been a wonderful year. But I have a lot more free time now. To focus on myself, to focus on work. It’s a good break after working so hard. I definitely wont stop dancing but for now, I just need a lil breather.
